You have an initial deposit and are charged after service for the time the cleaner worked at your home, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
Do you run background checks?
All team members undergo background and reference checks before assignment.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No, we can do everything over the phone before our first cleaning. Of course, we need to know your expectations, and house conditions. It takes about five minutes over the phone.
Can I get a same-day booking?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Can I request the same cleaner?
Yes. We do our best to match the same cleaner for recurring appointments.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded. Ask for details if you need verification for a job.
